Soap Making Projects/Trainings
Today, we had a small amount of remaining materials for soap making. (costic soda, coloring dye, perfume, & palm oil)
RWOFCD volunteers used these materials for training more rural women on how to make soap locally, and using locally available resources.
Soap Making Skills are a highly valued commodity! So, this brings a “Good News/Bad News Scenario” to RWOFCD.
Good/GREAT News = many of these women find employment, after being trained on the soap making process.
Bad News (not really) = RWOFCD loses a valued “soap making trainer”, at least some of the time, when they find employment. ❤ 🙂
